Need Help

I’m in hospital for a month, my monthly bill 22.79 just paid two days ago. Got email over 1gb looked on app it says I owe 1082 used 20gb. Customer Service no help said billing cycle passed tried to sell me Apple Watch and unlimited plan for 56.00.

Monthly bill has was been 22.72
