New Construction
I have been trying to get service to a new construction home for over a month now. I have ticket and I've followed up several times via phone, in the store, even had my contractor try but I can not get the construction department to respond. Please help!

I just completed construction of a new home and need a cable installed from the Comcast distribution box at the street into my house. How do I get a new construction ticket? Our entire subdivision has Xfinity. Every house around me has a Xfinity box outside. I have two Comcast distribution boxes within 40 feet of my house. I've searched exhaustively the web for directions for getting a new construction ticket. None exist. No contact information exists other than this forum. Please help me get a new construction ticket.

Hi, my new home is nearly complete and I need to find out how to get cable service installed from the nearest box. How do I get started with this?

My house was in the system. However, my home is 1,300' off of the road like I explained to an Xfinity employee 5 months ago. The tech came out and said he only has 300' and can not reach the home. [Edited: "Language"]. Now I have a construction ticket with absolutely no communication from the construction side. This work isn't rocket science. I'll pay you for the wire just let me install it so we can have service. I understand Xfinity would prefer to get into these large neighborhood and get as much money as possible. But being as you will be able to serve my residence in perpetuity why not just get it knocked out. This will take all of one day by a small crew. There are already poles installed so the wire can be aerial. I do not even need them to bury it I can do that myself. This is frustrating seeing as hour cell service at the house is terrible and has made working from home impossible.
