No bars of coverage

Have had my Samsung Galaxy S9 for many years without a problem. Starting last week I get no bars of coverage for calling anywhere. Connecting to a WiFi network is fine and I can make calls there. Have checked Xfinity Outage and no outages reported in my area. Is it just a setting or did my phone just become unable to take and make calls unless on WiFi??

@Randyrice515 You should try resetting your network settings. Also make sure your software is up to date. Instructions here; https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/device-troubleshooting?page=topic/data/reset-network-settings/device/samsung/galaxy-s9-android-pie
