No network connection or only 1 bar

I am a new Xfinity Mobile customer offered a great rate but a rate is no good if you cannot get service two full days 3 hours on each day they've reset network settings reset the SIM I'm only getting 3G service or one bar then they tell me it's my phone right next to me I still have the Motorola Razr that's connected to T-Mobile full bars.  Being told that my Samsung 23 Plus is an older phone no longer supported hard to believe
