No service in a full service map

We live in a neighborhood called [Edited: "Personal Information"] Oregon. It’s listed as having full coverage on all services. Yet, we have literally no service. Phones show 5g-1 bar and we cannot take phone calls at all. We just upgraded our phones before moving as well, so locked into 3 years without buying out the phones. Anything at all we can do to improve service. Or at least report? I’ve already been through all the eSIM resets and all that.

Heard a rumor from a rep, they may swap to T-mobile towers since the business lines use deal? But is it possible to swap to business account? My wife’s extra line technically is for business phone. (T-mobile works perfect here according to my neighbors).

Any help or advice is welcome. But worried we just have to switch.

Blujay27 Good morning to you. Thank you for sharing the trouble that you have had with your mobile connections near your home. I'm sure this is causing an inconvenience, I'm sorry for the trouble. I'm surprised that our teams have not been able to figure out the issue. I have been through the network resets with troubleshooting as well, I wish it was a step that worked for your connections as well. I would hate to lose you over the poor services.

I am not aware of our business side making a change, but if so you would need to set up a business account to have the mobile services on that side.

I don't want you stuck with no service, and I would love to help out. Could you please send us a direct message with your name and service address?
We can run through some troubleshooting steps, and reach out to our peers for assistance to make sure we find the correct solution.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
