1. Set "Time and Date" to Automatic in Settings. 2. Clear the voicemail app's data. 3. Attempt to log in to the voicemail app up to three times. 4. Uninstall and reinstall the voicemail app.
Please give them a try and let us know the outcome.
I did all of the above steps, but, I am unable to delete the voicemail app because it is the one that came with the phone. Xfinity reps reset voicemail settings twice. Still no luck. When I tru to open voicemail, I get the spinning dots and the message something went wrong...contact customer service
