Just from reading all these bad reviews, I'm canceling my phone order that's on the way and my mobile Xfinity service. I am not setting myself up for failure. [Edited: Inflammatory] What is going on!? Where are the professional resolutions from a multi-billionaire company to fix these ongoing issues with your customers!? Not a chance, I'm not doing it, I'm staying with att.
