Not receiving calls Samsung S25

I have the same problem.  I have talked to customer rep twice and then Samsung service and of course they both blamed the other.  I just need the phone to work.  It is a Samsung S25 in like new condition.  Everything works except receiving phone calls.  I can place outgoing calls only!  Caller on other end gets hung up on within 3 seconds.

Hello  @user_0hs1ef thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you've contacted the right place for assistance. I want to help investigate not receiving calls, and help get this resolved. With being new to Xfinity Forums I understand if you're not familiar with forum process for assistance. It does work best if you create your own post on the proper board, I did convert your comment to a post and moved the other over so they're in one spot. I appreciate the information you have provided regarding the model of the phone you're using and reaching out previously, and had a few questions that will be helpful: 

- How long have you been experiencing not receiving calls?

- What troubleshooting was done previously: removing sim, reset, airplane mode, etc?

- Are you experiencing any other issues besides receiving calls?
