Nothing but issues switching from Xfinity to another carrier

I received a port pin from Xfinity, no problem. Then, I switched to T-Mobile. However, T-Mobile was unable to transfer my number from Xfinity. So now I'm rocking two stupid numbers on my phone. What [Edited: "Language"] Xfinity?

Hi @user_yqmmet I hear how frustrating that must be, trying to get your number transferred and now being stuck with two different numbers. I completely understand why you're upset. The porting process is meant to be straightforward, and it's definitely not the experience we want for you.

Since you've already received the porting PIN from us, the issue is likely with the information T-Mobile submitted to our system. The most common reasons for a port to fail are a mismatch in the account details, like your name, address, or account number, or if the porting PIN has expired.
