Now wifi pass I just signed up for a monthly subscription and I am unable to add a second device

I just signed up for a 30-day subscription for Wi-Fi pass and I'm unable to set up a second device

I had the same problem but finally realized that I had given my phone number with the country code which is one before my telephone number I was told that it only accepts 10 numbers so try using your phone number with the country code at the beginning and leaving out the last number. This is what worked for me.
