Number porting

I have been trying to port my number over for 3 days and everytime AT&T submits the request it’s rejected due to zip code error. I have spoken with over 10 different xfinity agents with a without the AT&T agent confirming All information was correct and any other address zip code associated with this account was also tried and rejected. My number is still not being released after I requested a manual number release due to Xfinity system error code. I’m literally running in circles here. I just want my number
