Outbound caller name (CNAM) shows another person's name on one of three lines ported from Verizon

I have spoken to Xfinity support via phone about this in the past but nothing has been resolved.  About 18 months ago, i ported 3 lines from Verizon to Xfinity.  2 of the 3 show reasonably correct caller names for the numbers (i say reasonably because they are all people in my household but the actual names could use some adjustment).  One of the lines is completely wrong - and it's my number.  I've had this phone number for 15-20 years and i know that when i was still with Verizon my phone had the correct caller name as provided by caller id lookup services.

Coincidentally, i use an IP PBX at home and i just changed Caller ID lookup providers.  when i do a lookup on my cell phone, I can see that Verizon is still the carrier of record with no port and the name returned is definitely not my name (& oddly, i get spam texts addressed to this person.  also other people have told me my caller id name they see when i call is this other person's name).

I need Xfinity to request a CNAM/LIDB correction on my cell phone number from Verizon.  I'd like to also update one of the other numbers CNAM values while we're at it.  I see some similar requests in the forum from others that Xfinity employees have offered to help with and hoping someone from Xfinity can reply and help me as well.

thanks in advance.

Hey there, @user_iynvna, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your account. Thank you for providing those details. To help us better understand the issue, can you confirm whether the incorrect caller name appears when calling multiple carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, or landlines), or only for certain recipients? This will help determine whether the CNAM information is being reported incorrectly across networks or if the issue is isolated to a specific carrier.

Thanks for your reply.  i'm not certain, but i believe it happens with different carriers.  my own CallerID name service is provided by Telnyx and i know the name shows up in their lookup.  I called a business with my cell phone in August - i don't know who their service provider is, but i was not calling a cell phone - so unsure if it was a true landline, VoIP or if the recipient had the extension forwarded - but they told me the name that showed up on their phone and it matched the caller ID name as shown by Telnyx.
