Questions about my acc direct billing. I received email saying bank would not process

I can't as my email is Xfinity and won't go thouget my account on computer said not my acc etc ?????   I need a live person as this is complicated

user_hxi2h5 Thank you so much for your post for help with this email alert you received about your payment. To better assist could you provide a little more information? From what you said you got an email message but can not get to your account online is that correct? Are you attempting to access your account directly at Xfinity.com or through a link in the email message you received? Also, have you used the Xfinity app by chance to see if you can log in there?
