Really just not happy

I have had xfinity mobile since day one. I have a new s24 ultra. I live in a house- not metal, not mobile, just a wooden house. I get maybe ONE bar signal strength 99% of the time! I am 6 ft from wifi modem, new modem. I pay for 1 g wifi speed but this is not related to NO signal?? Why?? I have checked everything I could find, knowing full well they were not the issue. It is ridiculous. I have 5 g , in a small city (20k)  and just want to know why??

Hello kittenmueller! Thank you for being with Xfinity mobile all this time and for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the limited (no signal) connection you have been dealing with. I have read great reviews for the s24, so I think you make a solid choice in devices. While building materials can play a crucial role in how well service is received throughout your home it doesn't seem like you have a home that would prevent signal from reaching you. I don't want your service to be limited in any way. I know how vital it is to stay connected, and I would love to help figure this out. Before upgrading to the s24 did you have the same issue with only 1 bar of service?
Also to clarify, since we are talking about the 5G mobile network and the in home Wi-Fi network, which connection is showing only 1 bar on the s24? If it is the Wi-Fi network do other devices show only a single bar for connection as well? That would help us isolate a device vs network issue.
