SOS only

My phone and my wife’s phone just suddenly went to SOS only mode. We have been Xfinity mobile clients for a little under a month and it just started. We can’t place phone calls or send texts.

Have you tried reaching out to or Mobile expert team live chat at the https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile site? Are you using an eSIM or a physical SIM in the devices?

Hi, I spoke with a representative for a couple hours the day this started.  They were not able to resolve the issue live.  However, they got in touch with Verizon and the issue went away the next day.  To answer your question:  Yes, I did reach out and I am using an eSIM.
