SOS

My phone says SOS and I am unable to call or receive texts multiple times, sometimes daily.  this didn’t happen when I had Verizon?  How can this be resolved?

I completely understand needing to resolve this, so you can call and receive texts! Have you tried any troubleshooting already such as restarting your device? Also, is your device up to date on any updates?

Hi user_5asjwn, I can see how this would be annoying to deal with, especially with how important our phones are these days. My phone feel's like it's always in my hand lol. But I have your back and would love to work more with you on this. Does this issue happen when you're at home?
