Spam Calls

For some unknown reason my eSIM locked me out of my phone and made me reach out to xfinity for a PUK code. Two agents later they still could not resolve the issue and was forced to delete my eSIM and jump thru hoops to get a new one. Every since I have been bombarded with "potential spam" calls.  WHY?????
This company has the absolute WORST "customer service" agents in the world. You can't get a live person and when you do they don't speak english or understand what the issue is. Why is xfinity treating their customers like ****, we do not deserve this for all the money that we pay for services that half the time we don't get!! I would like the phone number for a senior executive to express my dissatisfaction to. Enough is enough and the customers of xfinity deserve better!!!!!!!!!!!!

@XfinityAmandaB What are you going to do different than the other "customer service" agents on here do? Since my post I have received more than 35 spam calls in 48 hours, there is definitely a problem with your mobile network to allow this many calls thru!! Provide service that remedies the situation or provide contact information for upper management so they can hear about their wonderful products.

@XfinityJorge Getting calls marked as "potential spam" is not helping, I am still getting the calls. Also my phone has been registered on the do not call registry for ten years, and that does no good. Signing up for the Premium Unlimited data option is a waste of money as I see that doesn't work either. My phone worked fine with very few (one or two a week) spam calls until I was forced to remove my existing esim and install a new one. Why don't you try getting that straightened out instead of sending me on wild goose chases or expecting me to change plans?

@Captain959

 We do apologize for any inconvenience this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-call-guard Has great information on how to set up the call guard through Xfinity. If you have that set up and you're still having further issues, i would recommend reaching out to our awesome xfinity mobile support team via (888) 936-4968 or https://www.xfinity.com/support/mobile

@XfinityOrlandoM  Why are you pushing me to install call guard from xfinity? It requires having Premium Unlimited data option and after reading the reviews for call guard I wouldn't waste my time or money!! FIX the problem that you (xfinity) created!! Like I have said repeatedly, this was not a problem until YOUR esim failed and I had to install a new one!
