I received a text for new xfinity Gateway. When I respond 1 for yes, the text fails to send.

@user_rh760z Is the text message from our equipment update initiative to replace(upgrade, swap, exchange) equipment that doesn’t deliver the quality or features expected? Customers receive a letter, email, text message, and/or bill message, asking to update their equipment? If the text fails you can complete the process by visiting: xfinity.com/equipmentupdate. Let me know if this is the issue and that solution works.

Yes, thanks. It would be good if the bot could have sent that link. It kept telling me to buy an upgrade.
