Too many dead zones and weak service

Xfinity has a store in Dover, NH where they sell Xfinity Mobile.  The problem is that there are many many dead zones in the area, including less than 1/2 mile away from the store when getting on the highway.  At this point I want to switch carriers.  It feels like using a phone in the early 2000s when your carrier only had a few towers in the area.

Can you tell us more about what happens in those dead spots?

Are you dropping calls, unable to connect, is there interference with the internet?
