Thank you for reaching out to our team here. We do not have access to those pin options here. 

Here's how to get your security PIN online:

  1. Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account online using the Primary or Manager's Xfinity ID. 
  2. Go to the Devices tab.
  3. Select the device with the mobile number you want to transfer to a new service provider.
  4. Scroll down the page to Transfer your number, cancel this line.
  5. Select Learn More.
  6. Select Get Started.
  7. Send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that line. 
  8. Enter the OTP. Then, select Confirm Code
  9. Choose the number from the drop-down menu to get the security PIN through text.
  10. Tap Send My PIN to this number.

    Here's how to get your security PIN through the Xfinity app:

    1. Use the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID and password to sign in to the Xfinity app.
    2. Select the Services tab.
    3. Select Mobile Lines and Data Usage under Mobile.
    1. Select the mobile number you want to transfer to a new service provider.
    2. Scroll down and tap Transfer or cancel this line.
    3. Send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that line. 
    4. Enter the OTP. Then, select Confirm Code. 
    5. Choose the number from the drop-down menu to get the security PIN through text.
    6. Tap Send My PIN to this number.

    The same security PIN can be used to transfer any number on your Xfinity Mobile account. It expires in 24 hours. If you don’t use the security PIN within 24 hours, you can follow the steps above to request another one. You can also visit an Xfinity service center for that pin number if needed.
