Transfer Pin
I have been trying to get a transfer pin for over a week now, it keeps saying it was sent to my mobile number but I never receive it. I need to change my cellular provider Xfinity's coverage is awful, I can't make a phone call inside my house without the call being dropped or the caller can't hear me, it takes a good 3 minutes for the call to connect and if I am not on my home wifi I have not wifi on my phone. Forget trying to use it outside of my home especially my GPS. I feel like they hold you hostage by not sending the PIN that has been requested. I have talked to Customer Service numerous times and gone through tons of steps to try and fix the issue but it still remains a problem. The agent yesterday even had me delete my SIM and put a new on on and the problem persists. Is there a reason that I can't have the transfer pin sent to my email? I am not able to make it into an Xfinity Store by the time I get done work they are already closed. It really should not be this difficult to get a simple transfer pin. Any suggestions?

@user_irg915 Have you opted out of texts from us in the past by chance? I would recommend reviewing our texts from Xfinity article. Towards the bottom of that page is the section to opt in to text messages and provides you the numbers we send our texts from, so you can add those in your contacts to ensure messages are not received as spam or blocked.
