Hey @user_369c67, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums about your visual voicemail. Are you getting an error messages or something?
Xfinity Voicemail has been hit-or-miss for years. I did have it working properly on my Samsung Galaxy S22 and my prior phone, but it took side-loading and old version then letting it update rather than installing directly from the Play Store. When it worked, it provided audio playback and message transcription as advertized. A couple of months ago something broke in the app and it stopped playing back the audio at all, leaving me relying on questionable transcription or calling into my voicebox from the dialer. I finally gave up on it and uninstalled the Xfnity app and installed a third-party app instead. For the record, the Play Store page for the app gives a very short list of compatble phones, not including yours or mine.
