worse service ever

i would never recommend this phone service ever to anyone!

All my calls are ultimately dropped and i have reported this issue many times with NO RESOLUTION

user_7t6ras the last thing we want is for you to have a negative opinion of any services we offer. I would be happy to look into the phone issues you have recently experienced. Is now a good time to troubleshoot?

yes you all have did the “troubleshooting”

1. *73 

2. turn my power on/off 

nothing has made a difference 

i have also been a loyal member 5+ years with your internet services

with no rewards or anything

Also, thank you for your 5+ years of service with us. Are you familiar with the Xfinity Rewards program created just for customers like yourself to reward tenure? I would be more than happy to educate you on it if not.
