Worst Experience ever

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. No way to contact xfinity. Outage was at 10:40pm and won’t have service until 8:30 pm next day. they should be ashamed of themselves. No tornado or power outages and I don’t have wifi for almost 24 hours. they are a joke and scam. Will be going to any other provider ASAP
