Wrong account

They keep cutting my service off I always try to pay the [Edited: Language] bill but the wrong account keep showing up I'm tired of this after I finish paying I'm switching this is ridiculous and then when you try and talk to someone they won't let you because the service is off I'm done

Hello, @user_w8fymz, and sorry for this inconvenience. Are you attempting to pay online or through the Xfinity App? Do you recognize the address or account number that keeps showing up when you attempt to pay?
