Xfinity Agent Fraud Has Cost Me $600+

An overseas Xfinity phone agent fraudulently charged my account with the purchase of two iPhones in July of 2025.  Total charges on my account are a little over $600 as of mid-September, 2025.  I have spent many hours talking to numerous Xfinity agents by phone and have visited the Xfinity store in Oakbrook, IL where two fraud reports were issued in mid-August and still nothing has been resolved and I'm still getting monthly charges for one of the phones.  I was told at the time my account would be reimbursed the $600+ in two weeks.  Nothing has been done as of mid-September.  The Xfinity fraud reports are [Edit: "Personal Information"] and [Edit: "Personal Information"].

Xfinity service is the worse.  Do not get Xfinity phone service.  If you have Xfinity service never give a phone agent your credit card number.

I'm off to the Oak Brook, IL store again today to try and get it resolved.
