Xfinity Internet Scam - Bay Area

I ported to Xfinity mobile yesterday to take advantage of an offer and I hate myself for the decision.

No cellular coverage

No 5g/LTE

Not been able to make a single call/text

Customer care is pretty useless and they have not able to help in anyway. Instead they are trying to sell new offerings

i have a device payoff with my previous service contract and I’m left with no cellular network now.
