Xfinity Mobile

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW ONE CAN ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD AN ACTUAL STATEMENT FROM XFINITY MOBILE?????? There was once a way to do this and now for whatever reason, you can't do that. I am so tired of Xfinity doing things with no explanation, then expecting customers to figure it out. Their "Xfinity assistant" is horrible. It's like a very low-grade bot stuck on a loop. It's useless, it doesn't answer questions, you can't call anyone. No one in the stores know anything, so one has to go here to try and figure it out. Then, one of their "employees" eventually answers, asking you for all kinds of personal things before they can even answer a question. I've been insulted by "employees" on this forum and reported it to higher ups. Nothing changes. Nothing improves. The only thing that changes is the company continues to change things, letting the customer trying to figure things out. The prices go up and it does not matter if you've been a customer for years. It's awful and I just hope that a company that actually understands what consumers wants steps in that actually cares. I feel badly for the people who work for Comcast/Xfinity because they have very little tools to give consumers. 

Oh, and for the love of all that is good, expand your the "topic" to more than 3 choices. It's ridiculous.

These instructions are from a year ago. There is no download button. This isn’t correct, but as usual nothing ever does. It’s ridiculous. There was once a purple download button. Now there is not. This doesn’t address my question nor solve the issue. I guess trying it 50 different browsers will be a “workaround.” Not your fault. Just one more reason why Xfinity isn’t customer centric and does not care.

@SureB Sorry about that. I don't have mobile anymore so can't check. However, I noticed when I check my Xfinity statements, when I click on one of the dates or purple download button for current, it opens in a popup tab. Have you tried viewing or downloading your Xfinity statement? Perhaps the popup is being blocked or you have to click in your browser bar to see it. However, I agree with you. It shouldn't be this difficult to download or view a statement!

SureB To download an actual statement from Xfinity Mobile, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account.
  2. Navigate to the **Payments** page.
  3. Click on **Statement History** to view past statements.
  4. Select the date range of the statement you wish to download.
  5. Click on the statement to download it as a PDF.

Alternatively, you can use the Xfinity app by tapping on the **Account** tab, then selecting **Statement History** to download your statements.
