Another TIVO v58 unauthorized message

I was hoping someone can help, I know cablecards are EOL , but still trying to hold on as long as we can.   It is what my family is used to.    Today out of no where (no changes to my account) the Tivo is now displaying V58 unauthorized messages on all channels.    I called and have a ticket open, they werent able to help and want to send a tech to my house.     Is there anyone at Xfinity who still has access to the cablecard systems that can help?

@mbanks850 Was you able to get the appointment scheduled for a technician? Our troubleshooting for Cable Cards is extremely limited as it usually requires a ticket (which you have done already) to be made since they are EOL.

@XfinityShawn I was able to get an appt, but it is for 8 days from now.    So  I was hoping there was some more remote troubleshooting that could be done.

@mbanks850 There wouldn't be any further troubleshooting at this time. The ticket you made was for our Advanced Repair team which goes deeper than my team when troubleshooting. If they couldn't get it going, then we wouldn't be as they cover our troubleshooting as well. The appointment is the next best step since they are not able to resolve this. I would recommend to upgrade from that equipment in the near future as they are being phased out.

They are sending a technician, what can they actually do when they get out here.   Unless they are carrying physical cablecard replacements, is there anything they can physically do that would suddenly make the card work?

The technician do not carry cable cards since we no longer support them. They may be able to look over the services in an attempt to get them back online.
