Apple TV with NOW Streamsaver randomly deactivated

I've been using Apple TV through NOW streamsaver with no issues for probably a year and as recently as last week. Today I log in to find I've been signed out. Sign back in and it's as if I don't have it any more. Will only say Accept free trial and then be billed after. I open my Xfinity app to check the status and it says that I need to activate again except that when I click that button I get an error pop up that says try again later??

I tried to follow a link on the web to do it that way and it says, Your Apple TV is ready to go with a link to go to Apple TV. When I follow this link it says the same thing, that I'm not subscribed.

This is ridiculous and I'm in the verge of cancelling all my service because I've seen that has been a problem with other customers and no amount of troubleshooting could fix it. How can this be? How can you say we get a service but then let it randomly stop with no way to get it back? Netflix and Peacock are fine what is going on with Apple TV??

I have tried uninstalling the Xfinity app and the Apple TV app but it still does this even when trying to login on a browser.

Now I get an email from Apple today saying my Apple TV service through Xfinity has expired. What? And still get the same error when trying to reactivate from the Xfinity app. Web link says everything is good when clicking on it. Clearly it isn't. Can anyone from support clear this up?

@XfinityAlyssaA Evidently I had two Apple accounts and everything appears to be fine on the account I used. I had mistakenly signed into the old account. Everything appears to be fine now!
