@Trickee00

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience and if we didn't explain how our billing system works since we bill a month in advance.

 If you've made changes prior to your last bill being printed you won't see the changes of your new plan going effect into your next billing cycle date.

A great way to make sure your speed plants been updated is to jump on our xfinity app  app go to Wi-Fi, select whole home network and run a speed test.

That test from our awesome Xfinity app will test the speeds that are coming into your modem to make sure you're getting those speeds you're paying for.

As far as your Apple TV working with your services,  were you able to get that corrected yet?

@Trickee00

We apologize for any inconvenience you're having was activating the Apple TV subscription  or having weak Wi-Fi signals

Can you tell me what error messages you're getting when trying to activate your Apple TV subscription?

Also can you let me know what troubleshooting steps you've done in regards to your Internet connection?
