box not working

Unplugged the box and plugged it back in. still would not turn on.

Need to replace the box.

Also outlet in basement has box but unable to get basic channels.

is the outlet in basement active?

To help us better understand what's happening, could you provide a little more detail about both issues?

For the TV Box that won't turn on, are you seeing any lights on the front of the box at all, or is it completely unresponsive? Have you tried a different power outlet to rule out a power issue?

Regarding the outlet in the basement, can you tell us what equipment is connected there and what exactly you're seeing on the screen? Are you receiving an error message, a blank screen, or just missing channels? Unfortunately, there's no way to determine whether that outlet is active without reviewing the account and setup.
