Cable Card Tivo V58 error

cable says not authorized v58 code all channels out.  need infinity support for direct message

Hi there @shamm222. Our support for cable cards is pretty limited these days. Have you done any troubleshooting?

We had cable service outage on June 13, 2026. Xfinity app app advised it was under repair, and hours later said service restored. We have three tivo bolts, two had channels after the outage by Xfinity, one had no channels and had the v58 on screen on every channel. We have been trying all troubleshooting. If you had any luck with your direct message, please let us know.
