CableCARD pairing troubleshooting support issue
I am a user with at most 4 CableCARDs on my account still functioning until yesterday I messed up a configuration with my HDHomerun setup. I've had heard there was success in being able to activate/pair the devices again with multiple attempts in fourm posts/other social media but I almost had success. I have went through around 9 phone calls with representatives as of now and had no clue what a CableCARD is, to my understanding I understand CableCARDs are considered legacy hardware and receive no support/end of life. Though that is commonly mistaken for the ability to add a new CableCARD to your account if you're a new/existing customer, that is otherwise not something you can do anymore since October 2024. You however can get help to actually activate/re-pair it to a new device such as a different TiVo, etc as long as its on your account. One representative, Dan was very helpful last night in actually knowing what to do and successfully getting my card active and paired again! (thank you again!) However I messed up again and ruined the configurations and now I'm back to step one. I've tried again with like 4 representatives today but this last one told me to stop calling them? I understand they track calls and keep notes, but their final conclusions was to attempt to send a technician, but I have no issues with my cable setup, cabling/wiring, the internet is perfect, the other CableCARDs and one X1 box is working fine, but this was a rather odd call. But the issue with this is that the representatives need to do it on their end, a technician is not needed since its not a physical layer fault, more of the application layering on their end. The last representative told me to wait 7-8 business days before calling back? I understand calling multiple times a day is odd, but I'm just looking for the right person, thats all. If anything I am told there is a website aswell, cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net but throws a 404 and no longer works. I have the information here such as the MAC Address, Host ID, and Data ID ready, I just want to get my HDHomerun reactivated.

I can certainly check any previous attempts on our end to repair the device, along with any tickets that have been created. This does involve us getting into the account to work on the equipment.
