Comcast DVR hangs on Disney+ when it switches to a commercial.

My DVR box model DVRAR AX013ANM consistently hangs on commercial breaks when I stream Disney+. It switches to the commercial, sometimes plays the commercial , sometimes not, then fails to switch back to the Disney + program. I have newer satellite boxes which do not exhibit this problem. Neither does the Disney+ client on my LG TV exhibit this problem. It only happens on the DVRAR AX013ANM

I see others are experiencing this issue. Is there a newer version of the DVR?

Thanks for confirming @user_vbd291. If it is affecting multiple apps I'd recommend clearing locally stored data on X1 Box. Please note that this troubleshooting step will require your sign back into 3rd party apps. Let me know how that works out.
