I don't even know how to subject this...EDITED
All I need is one replacement XG1v4 box and one replacement Xi5-P box and a return box to send back all of the crap that I've gotten...can anyone help me with that??
This would be comical if it wasn't so painfully frustrating!!!!
I have 3 TV's and 3 boxes, the main box was an Arris AX013ANM, the other 2 boxes are Xi5-P. All I wanted to do is exchange the older, main box to one with bluetooth so I could wirelessly connect a speaker. After a week and a half, I have a new XG1v4 main box - that only partially works and one functioning Xi5-P box and on Xi5-P that doesn't work at all (neither of those boxes were exchanged). It's been hours and hours and days and days of chatting with Xfinity people, 4 trips to the Xfinity store and now today, a new gateway arrived from UPS for some unknown reason. I don't even use an Xfinity gateway or modem. I'm about to lose my mind and can't believe how stupid this all has been because I wanted to exchange ONE TV box. Which I was originally told would be 'no problem, easy'. I need to speak to someone who know what they are doing and understands what issues I'm now having. If I have to make another trip to the Xfinity store I will probably wind up in the nut hut, I am SO sick of having to go there and having my issue NOT resolved. I have additional info - error codes, steps I've taken, etc. but assumed not everyone would want that info.
PLEASE, for the love of GOD, tell me how I can speak to someone who can actually help me?
