I have a cable card that worked with an old box
But I had to replace the TiVo and move the card over. Now I get a V58 message with channels not subscribed.

Good evening, @user_hkjhi5! Thank you for reaching out to us! I can see why this would be frustrating, especially after replacing the TiVo. With CableCARDs becoming end of life (EOL) on 10/24/24, existing CableCARDs can continue functioning in the devices they're already paired with. However, new CableCARD device activations and pairings are no longer supported.
The available options would be to continue using the original TiVo that the CableCARD was paired to, switch to a Xfinity TV partner device, or transition to Xfinity TV equipment.
