Missing DVR Recordings

My DVR is losing recordings, but the usage is not full.  The recordings are just randomly disappearing.  It's at 18% but deleting recordings (like it's full).  I called on Friday and opened a ticket but there's no sign of it on my account either.  I've lost over 60 recordings overnight!  Why!?!?

Hi there @user_d8s0ht, I am so sorry to hear you've lost over 60 of your recordings overnight, and especially that this is happening while your DVR is showing it's only at 18% capacity. I can only imagine how frustrating and confusing this must be, and I completely understand your feeling of helplessness when you already reported the issue and now see no record of your ticket. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
