Good afternoon user_1birpq. To replace your Xfinity remote, you can either visit an Xfinity Retail Store to exchange your old or broken remote for a new one or request a new remote to be shipped to you via UPS through the Xfinity Assistant. If you have an Xfinity Voice Remote, you can simply say “get new remote” to the assistant. After receiving your new remote, you will need to pair it with your TV and other equipment using the programming tool available online.
