Peacock Premium

I am unable to watch Peacock on two of my TVs. This was working a few weeks ago. It works on one of my TVs. Tried talking to a human through chat & 800-XFINITY and was unsuccessful.

@XfinityAbby​ Hello. Thank you for responding. I am having trouble logging on. When I go to Peacock, it telling me to I have to upgrade to watch most shows.

Ok, let us take a look at your account, user_py8np6. Please send us a Direct Message. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
