Request XG1v4
I would like to request a XG1v4 DVR. I had one that stopped working (kept cycling on and off only showing the Welcome message when refreshed). I went to the local Xfinity store and they gave me a WiFi 4K DVR. When I brought it home, I learned that you must have a X1 Gateway modem for it to work. I have my own modem and a mesh router so with 4 pods. I need the XG1v4 which works with a coaxial cable. Once I receive the XG1v4, I will send back the WiFi DVR I was given.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
