Hello @user_rynm74 Thanks for reaching out. If you have made sure all the connections are tight and cabling is properly set up but the box still won't come on then replacement is most likely the next step. We can schedule a tech service call, but it is a $100 one time charge for a visit like that.
The cheaper options would be either taking it to a local store and swapping it out for free, or shipping one to you for a $15 shipping fee (Free in some areas).
But we'd be happy to accommodate whichever of these 3 options works best for you.
