Tivo cable card lost pairing all channels V58
After a power outage my Tivo Bolt lost pairing and all channels show code V58. I went to the self activation site and entered new Host ID and Data ID for the existing card but it reports an error. Can I get someone to pair them for me via DM?

I have more info: I have a second Tivo (an XL) that has been working. When I login to the self activation site it shows two cable cards and their paired host IDs, but it shows the Bolt's card is paired to the XL Host ID and vice-versa. Perhaps the re-pairing of the Bolt fails because that Host ID is considered in use by the XL. How can I change them both at the same time?
