TiVo Edge CableCARD V53 Error - Locked 2021 Legacy Box Binding

Hi, my current TiVo Edge has dropped its pairing and my Host MAC field is stuck at 00:00:00:00:00:00, causing a V53 error on local HD channels.
Phone support just verified the root cause: my account inventory is still hard-locked to the profile of my old, deactivated TiVo box from 2021. The phone agents confirmed they can see the old binding on their screens, but their current telephone customer service tools completely lack the administrative system permissions to clear or delete the legacy 2021 profile. Because they cannot unbind the old box, the system rejects my current Data ID.
I have my gray pairing screen open right now with my active numbers ready:
  • CableCARD ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
  • Host ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
  • Data ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Can a Corporate Digital Care Specialist please access my back-end database profile, completely drop the legacy 2021 device mapping from my inventory, and build a fresh pairing profile for my current TiVo Edge? Thank you!
