tv usage

It takes 3-4 times to connect my earbuds to tv to use do not know why and also it will not let me pair pc to tv keeps asking to see if linked it will not recognize pc are there any actual humans that you can to over there

user_el47pk Thanks for reaching out with your concerns with pairing earbuds to your TV, and your PC. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the TV to see if they can assist with getting that fixed for you. I only have resources to assist with service issues provided by Xfinity, but what you described sounds more like device issues for the TV and other devices you are trying to connect to it.
