Xfinity Cable Display Issues

When I turned my tv on I noticed my entire screen displayed was zoomed in. The issue is on tv, when I open up the guide, and even in settings. The entire display of my device is blown up and making it impossible to navigate. I changed the tv input and the issue does not persist so I know it’s an issue with my cable only. I’ve restarted my cable box, unplugged my hdmi cable from both ends, and changed my display settings from “full” to “none” with no effect. Please help me fix my tv screen display!

user_ra9jlb Thank you for reaching out! Have you tried to resetting the resolution? 
 
*Power on both the TV and the X1 TV Box.
*Confirm that the TV is set to the proper input.
*Press Exit > Exit > Exit > 720 on your Xfinity remote.
**This should bring the picture back by setting the resolution to 720.
 
You can then change to a different resolution by pressing the Xfinity button on your remote and selecting the gear icon (Settings) > Device Settings > Video Display and choosing the resolution you want.
