Cable isn’t airing correctly

Ok so I recorded a series that has just started. The first episode recorded fine. Now the episodes that were suppose to be recorded again were recorded but it wasn’t the requested show(s). I had two new episodes to be recorded tonight but both recordings were a documentary and news. Now I can’t access them thru on demand bc Xfinity won’t release them until the next day, which is quite frustrating. 
I think Xfinity needs to fix that very quickly. Nobody wants to spend so much on cable that isn’t properly working when streaming is way easier and cheaper

I'm sorry to hear that, I can definitely see why that's frustrating. Do you have any other programs that you series record? If so, were those incorrect as well?
