Can’t use Bravo app

when I click on the Bravo app it asks me to select the TV provider (xfinity) but then it doesn’t give the log in option, I get an error message. I unplugged, tried to reset but same issue.

To begin, may I ask what type of device we are working with, and what kind of error message you are receiving?
