Chicago PD and Chicago Fire on demand

I am unable to access Chicago PD Season 10 Episode 5 and unable to access Chicago Fire Season 11 Episode 5. Both are only available on Peacock, which I don't have. All other episodes are available on TV On Demand. Can this be rectified?

I'm also disappointed the recent episodes are not available.

Same goes for the L&O trilogy; see ‎Law and Order SVU | Xfinity Community Forum

Hi there! Peacock is actually available to our Video and Flex customers for free! You can learn more by visiting this link: https://www.xfinity.com/peacock

@XfinityAirelle I don't have internet so I cannot access Peacock. I don't understand why episodes 4 and 6 are available, but not episode 5.

The network determines what episodes are available on what platform. If they made the episodes only available on Peacock, you will need to sign up in order to view those two episodes. If you don't have our internet service, you can still sign up for Peacock here

So why are we having to pay for another streaming service if we are already paying xfinity tv service for local channels to watch on demand? What would be the point to continue service with xfinity then?

@user_de03db Hi there, do you have our internet service? If you do, then you also have a free subscription to Peacock.

Looks like the current seasons of PD and Fire are available On Demand now.

The only other current season episodes missing from the L&O and Chicago trilogies are Chicago Med 805 and Law & Order SVU 2402.
