Deceitful programming

I watched season 1 episode 18 of Matlock.  The story doesn't end, it leaves you hanging.  Then at the end of it a popup comes on offering the option to purchase part 2, episode 19, for $2.99.  I did that.  But it's just the second half of episode 18, which is a 2-hour show, not a separate new episode.  This is deceitful!  I did not need to purchase that, I already watched it for free.  I would like a refund of the $2.99.  I think I actually paid it twice, once from CBS films at the end of the show, and once from Prime, which was also $2.99, and also claimed to be "episode 19".  I need a refund for both if that's the case.

Same here! We pay too much for our premium channels to have episode 19 not on...unless we pay! Really Xfinity??!

This is why we will leave soon. Wow!
